Box Generators work like Warp Gates but generate a certain type of predefined movable object instead of a certain type of predefined enemy. If there is none of that type of movable object in the level at the time then the box generator will generate a movable object of that type on each of its four sides not on the Y axis. Box Generators feature in the Deluxe Edition and Platinum Edition of Return to Wonderland, as well as Wonderland Secret Worlds.
Box Generators can generate:
- Wooden Boxes
- Steel Boxes
- Top-right to bottom-left Reflectors
- Top-left to bottom-right Reflectors
- Boulders
- Plasma Boxes
- Powder Kegs
- Prisms
- Sticky Cubes
- Red Link Spheres
- Yellow Link Spheres
- Green Link Spheres
- Blue Link Spheres
- Others that are generated by Box Generators that are Metatiles
