General Protection Fault (also referred to as GPF) is an error found in The Classic Trilogy. A General Protection Fault can happen when the program is trying to violate the protection mechanism inside the CPU (therefore possibly destroying the CPU).
Known Causes
The following events can cause a General Protection Fault.
