There are three known ways to Win and Die at the same time.
1. Walk into an exit on a active Electro Tile or spike.
2. Walk into an exit as a ghost is entering.
3. Walk into an exit while a Kaboom! is on the other side.
4. Walk into an exit inside a Shadow Stinker.
5. While walking into an exit press the Esc key then select the option "RESTART THIS LEVEL". This requires special timing.
