Stinky and Loof in Wonderland is a remake of the Classic Trilogy developed by TootSuite Games. It was released on January 9, 2022 for iOS and Android. There are currently plans to release this game on other platforms such as the Nintendo Switch. It currently contains levels from Wonderland, Return to Wonderland Classic Edition, and Return to Wonderland Deluxe Edition. The game uses a "free-to-start" model where the first 3 stories are free to play with ad support and other stories must be unlocked through the use of in-app purchases.

Stories

Levels in Stinky and Loof in Wonderland are divided across several stories that are further divided into chapters. All the levels are taken from the Classic Trilogy. A bundle containing all the stories can be bought for $19.99.

  • Tutorial (Free with ads, can be bought for $0.99) - contains the tutorial levels from Return to Wonderland Deluxe Edition
  • Entering Wonderland (Free with ads, can be bought for $4.99) - contains Worlds 1-5 from Return to Wonderland Classic Edition
  • Deeper Into Wonderland (Free with ads, can be bought for $4.99) - contains Worlds 6-10 from Return to Wonderland Classic Edition
  • The Search for the Rainbow Spirits ($5.99) - contains the deluxe levels from Return to Wonderland Deluxe Edition
  • Secret Worlds (upcoming, ad-free version will cost $7.99) - will contain levels from Wonderland Secret Worlds
  • Back to Wonderland ($5.99) - contains Chapters 2-10 from Wonderland
  • The Playground ($0.99) - contains Chapter 1, The Playground, and 3 bonus levels from Wonderland

Changes from the Original Games

  • The game runs in 30 frames per second by default though it can run in 60 FPS like the original games if the "Smoother Animation" option is checked in Other Settings.
  • The ability to save the player's current position was added. It works similarly to save slots in the Wonderland Adventures Trilogy.
  • Power-Ups and in-game hints were added to help players clear levels more easily.
  • Due to the game's free-to-play model, Energy has been added to limit how much one can play the game at one time. Additionally, an ad will play before starting a level. Energy and ads can be removed by buying the full versions of the stories.
  • The game uses Stars to track level completion. One star is added when the level is cleared, another is added when the level is cleared with all the Bonus Coins collected, and another is added when the level is cleared without using any Power-Ups.
  • Due to the game running on Unity instead of Blitz3D, some animations, graphical effects, and physics are different from the original PC releases. Additionally, some solutions that work in the original games may not work in the remake as a result of the altered physics.
  • The game's script uses American English spellings as opposed to British/Canadian English spellings like the original games. For example, "colour" is spelled as "color", and the level name for Guarded Centre was rewritten as Guarded Center.

Currently Planned Features

There are currently plans to add more features to the game. These include:

  • Making all the stories free to play with ad support
  • Improved visuals and animations
  • Support for additional languages, namely French, German, and Spanish
  • Support for custom levels
  • Levels from Return to Wonderland Platinum Edition and Wonderland Secret Worlds
  • Levels from Wonderland 101 in Return to Wonderland Classic Edition
