'''Time is of the Essence!''' is the sixth level in [[Spaced Out]]. It is a shorter level which features a more challenging set of obstacles with star-shaped [[buttons]], and it may require a few reflexes to get through easily.

== Walkthrough ==
* Run to the pink button before quickly collecting the [[coin#rainbow coin|rainbow coins]] and back from their dead ends. ''Push the button every time you attempt to collect the first three coins.''
* For the pink [[gate]], leading to the yellow button, ensure timing is correct with the [[Scouge]] fire before collecting the coin on the east end. This must be done faster since the yellow gate will release a chain of [[Z-Bots]] for the next two gates.
* Immediately run to where the [[coin#bonus coin|bonus coins]] are. Make sure the passages are clear from fire before collecting the coins, AND before the cyan gate closes.
* Collect the final coin in the southwest corner and go to the exit before time runs out.

== Trivia ==
While the first [[sign]] implies that all buttons are star-shaped and connected to timers, the level's predecessor, [[Time Flies When You're Having Fun]], also has every button star-shaped, including the [[Conveyor Belt|conveyor belt]] button which this level lacks.
