A Glyph is a type of item that was introduced in Wonderland Adventures: Mysteries of Fire Island. When used near a Magic Mirror, the mirror becomes a portal leading to a place dependent on the type of Glyph used. Glyphs may lead the user to a set location or to a location unique to the user. Officially, five Glyphs have been introduced though Shiver states there are many more.

Name Location Special Properties
Fire Glyph The Volcano N/A
Friend Glyph A friendly place (Acid Pools in Mysteries of Fire Island) In Mysteries of Fire Island, friendly pirates live in Acid Pools, which may be a reason for the Friend Glyph to take the player there.
Time Glyph A place earlier in the user's history (Retro World in Mysteries of Fire Island) This implies that the player's stinker was around at the beginning of Wonderland. This glyph took Shiver to a place he visited when he was a child.
Ice Glyph Sundog Island N/A
Home Glyph Home (Wonderfalls in Mysteries of Fire Island) The Home Glyph used in the official game is just an ordinary item with no power. The Home Glyph is encoded in the game; its destination location is the same as that of the Fire Glyph.
