Boxes are abundant items in Wonderland.

Classic Trilogy

In the Classic Trilogy boxes make up a majority of the puzzles. Stinkers have the ability to push boxes around.

Italicized entries are metatiles and may crash the game at any time. Use of them is generally not recommended in levels.

Density

The concept of density of boxes determines what will happen if one box slides along ice into a stationary box at the end of the ice path. (and possibly if two moving boxes hit in a head-on collision, please research and edit)

Boxes that use density

The boxes, in order of least dense to most dense, are: Wooden, Steel, Plasma

If a sliding box hits a stationary box, and the sliding box has a lower density than the stationary box, the sliding box will bounce back along the ice. If the sliding box has equal or greater density than the stationary box, the stationary box will be pushed along one tile and the sliding box will move off the end of the ice path to where the stationary box was. However, if the path of the stationary box is blocked by a wall, box or other obstacle, it will not move and the sliding box will bounce back.

Boxes that do not use density

Gunpowder Kegs do not use density because if they slide into another box, or another box slides into them, they explode, destroying both themselves and the other box. Boulders and Link Spheres do not use density because they do not move like normal boxes.

Unknown

These boxes haven't been documented yet. Help out the wiki by testing their behaviour and editing this section!

Wonderland Adventures Trilogy

In the Wonderland Adventures Trilogy, the ability to push objects was removed due to the flexible height of Water holes and the new aspect of diagonal motion. Boxes make a reappearance in Mysteries of Fire Island; there are 8 boxes next to Whimsey in the camp and 2 boxes in the pirate camp and 31 boxes in the adventures of the Retro World. However, these boxes are not pushable.
