Suction Tubes are transportation devices that were introduced in Planet of the Z-Bots. Like Springs, they will launch the player in the direction they are facing as soon as the player enters them. They appear as thin, large tubes with colored arrowheads on top of them, and have particles flying in on one side and out on the opposite side.
Usage
Suction Tubes always have a defined direction, meaning they always have an "entrance" side and an "exit" side. The direction can be reversed with Rotator buttons, and Suction Tubes can even be enabled or disabled using Buttons of matching color. When a Suction Tube is disabled, the arrow on top of it is dimmed.
Note that unlike Springs, which can be reoriented in eight different directions, Suction Tubes can only have their direction reversed. In addition, the player will not die when standing on a tile that is between a Suction Tube's exit and a wall.
Trivia
- Out of all the games in the Wonderland Adventures Trilogy, Suction Tubes only appear in Planet of the Z-Bots.
- They were added to the Wonderland Adventures Editor in Version 3.00.
