Push Cannons are a different version of Scouge. They will shoot fireballs, but unlike the normal cannons, you can push these objects like boxes. Green Scouges are pushable while purple ones are not.
Push Cannons will not fire while they're being pushed. However, if they try to fire while they're being pushed, they will fire immediately when they stop being pushed.
Push Cannons are only available in Return To Wonderland(Platinum Edition).
