Arno is a fan-made Stinker, originally intended to be a replacement for Stinky in Return To Wonderland as a test for replacing the game's resources.[1]
He was created and voiced by forum user jdl. The name was inspired by the character with the same name from the game Logical Journey of the Zoombinis.

History

  • March 28, 2014, three days after the Custom Content Enabler tool had been released, jdl released the files for Arno that were to be used with the tool to replace Stinky in Return To Wonderland.[2]
  • On October 14, 2016, HumanGamer (formerly known as cooldudepoke) released a modification for Return To Wonderland that allowed Arno to be a 5th playable character.[3]
  • On June 16, 2020, jdl released a texture and voice pack of Arno for the Wonderland Adventures Editor.[4]
  • On April, 22, 2022, jdl released an updated version of Arno for WonderlandPlus.NET, titled "Arno v2". This update included a brand new 3D model and graphics, along with a few fixed sound effects.
  • On July 15, 2022, Arno was added to WonderlandPlus.NET.

Appearance

A picture of Arno in the Wonderland Adventures Editor.

Return To Wonderland Puzzle Diversity Mod

This mod uses "Arno v1", which is just a reskin of Stinky.
He has an orange cap with a cyan top and green stripes, orange shoes, and brownish eyes. Arno also uses the same skin tone as Qookie.

Wonderland Adventures (via Resource Replacement)

Just like the other protagonists, Arno has his own Hat and Eye/Shoe textures, and voice set.
He does not wear any glasses, and he uses the default medium Height and Width settings.

WonderlandPlus.NET

Arno has the same appearance as in the Return To Wonderland Puzzle Diversity Mod, except this time the "Arno v2" model is being used. This newer version has a thinner model body size, and unique eye and mouth graphics.
