Missile Command! is the eighth and final level in Retro Gaming, Wonderland-Style. It is based on the 1980 arcade game of the same name.
Origin and Differences
Missile Command was developed by Atari, Inc. and originally released in July of 1980. The game takes place in a nuclear war where the player defends six cities from a barrage of ballistic missiles with later levels throwing in smart bombs and bomber planes. There are three batteries that can shoot missiles at the oncoming attacks with the player using a trackball to aim. When all six cities are destroyed, the screen turns red, a large flashing explosion appears in the center, and text saying "THE END" is displayed within the explosion, implying the end of civilization as we know it.
In the Return to Wonderland version, the cites are represented by purple Buttons, and Stinky must prevent Z-Bots from pressing them using Flying Saucers and Steel Boxes. If any of the buttons are pressed, a Wooden Box needed to build a bridge to the Rainbow Exit will be destroyed by cannon fire.

Trivia
- The level's description in the Midnight Post is as follows:
This one, quite honestly, is a bit of a stretch. Instead of defending cities from incoming missiles, we had Stinky try to defend several buttons from incoming Z-Bots. The buttons, once pressed, would spell Stinky’s defeat. No word yet on whether a Track-Ball compatible version will be released.
