A Floing Orb.

Floing Orbs are items found in different locations of Fire Island in Mysteries of Fire Island. Guggenheimer explains that they are surging with Floing magic, and you later discover the Retro World from the Time Glyph. The orbs can be used at white blocks of ice to activate various adventures.
