Sewer System is the seventh level in Underwonderworld. There is a river running through parts of the level, and Stinky must solve puzzles involving Boulders to construct bridges and progress through the level. There is a group of Bonus Coins at the start of the level that are guarded by a group of Coileys so Stinky must be extra careful in order to get Gold.

First puzzle
This puzzle is straightforward. Push the boulders on the left-side, and then the right-side, one-by-one down into the water. Thereafter, push each boulder in the center column to the right and then down into the water.
Second puzzle
Push all the boulders on the bottom row one-by-one right into the water. Now push the rightmost boulder in the middle row one tile left, down and right into the water, and push the leftmost boulder in the top row to the right. The three remaining boulders in the middle row can each be pushed down and right to complete the bridge.
Third puzzle
The last puzzle is tricky and requires careful navigation (refer to the annotated diagram):
- Push boulders #1 and #2 right, then #3 and #4 up.
- Push the four boulders marked with yellow crosses right (one-by-one) into the water.
- Push #5 up and right into the water.
- Push #6 right, then #7 up and right into the water.
- Push #8 and #9 following the green paths.
- Push #10 left, then #11 up and right into the water.
- Push #10 along the cyan line to rest against #9.
- Push boulder #4 along the cyan line, till it reaches the white "X".
- Push the boulder at the green "X" out of the way, then push #4 right and into the water.
Fourth puzzle (bonus)
If you are interested to collect bonus coins, follow these steps to pass the fourth puzzle (behind the conveyor beside the Rainbow Gate). Don't forget to collect the five bonus coins beside the Coilys near the start too.
- Step onto the conveyor to push the blocking boulder left.
- Push the two boulders on the rightmost column down and then right into the water.
- Push the two boulders on the upper row to the left, and collect the bonus coins.
- Push the two boulders on the bottom row (one-by-one) to the right, down and then right into the water. The bridge back to the exit is now completed.
