On the Road Again is the second level in And Then There Were Three. Qookie tells Stinky and Loof that if they all want to find out why the Rainbow Spirits are in Wonderland, they need to go an old temple in Wondertown said to contain a secret gate that connects to the Rainbow World, the home of the Rainbow Spirits. Stinky wonders how they can help the Rainbow Spirits return to their home, and Loof replies that the only way to find out is by doing it. The trio then trek through a wood populated by Chompers 30 miles away from Wondertown.

With Qookie move onto the pink button then with Stinky move onto the yellow button.

With Loof move onto the red button then with Qookie collect all coins except the coin left of the lowest red chomper and the coin left of the lowest gold chomper avoiding the chompers.

Collect the leftest coin then collect the remaining coin.

Move onto the leftest of the lowest bridges then move right three spaces.

Move up then with Loof move onto the leftest of the higest bridges.

Move right three spaces then down.

With Stinky move onto the leftest bridge then right four spaces.
