Coins are collectible items in Wonderland. Several types of coins appear throughout the Wonderland series.

Classic Trilogy Coins

Rainbow Coin

Rainbow Coins appear in Wonderland and Return to Wonderland as well as the Retro World levels in Wonderland Adventures: Mysteries of Fire Island. They have a white rim and a rainbow pattern in the middle. Once all Rainbow Coins in a level are collected, that level's Exit Gate(s) will be unlocked.

Key Coin

Key Coins appear in Wonderland Secret Worlds. They are black with a gold rim and a picture of a gold key in the center. Functionally, they behave identically to Rainbow Coins.

Bonus Coin

Bonus Coins appear in every game of the Classic Trilogy. They are dark brown with a thick bronze rim and a gold "250" in the center. When collected, they give the player 250 points. They are not required to beat a level and serve as an extra challenge. In Return to Wonderland Deluxe and Platinum Editions and Wonderland Secret Worlds, collecting all the Bonus Coins in a level will give the player Gold for that level, and in Stinky and Loof in Wonderland, this will give the player one of the level's 3 stars.
