Start by collecting the Bonus Coins and collapsing the bridges on each side of the starting area. Avoid the [[Kaboom!]]s while doing so. Have Qookie and Peegue go through the red [[Teleporter]] and push the [[Boulder]] right, down, right, and up switching [[Stinker]]s as needed. Next, go through the blue teleporter (use Shift to make sure the Kaboom!s are away from the teleporter) and push the Boulder down and left switching Stinkers as needed. Move one Stinker into the alcove south of the teleporter and have the other Stinker push the boulder up and left. Using the same Stinker, go through the red teleporter and push the boulder into the red teleporter. Switch characters and push the other boulder into the blue teleporter. This will allow the Boulders to destroy each other and reveal the secret of the pyramid: it contains a Boulder [[Box Generator|Generator]]! The generated boulders will blow up several of the Kaboom!s allowing the Rainbow Coins to be safely collected. Collect the coins while avoiding the remaining Kaboom!s and exit.

The Secret of the Great Pyramid is the fifth level in Secret Passages. Qookie and Peegue must collapse a set of bridges and destroy a pair of Boulders to reveal the secret of the pyramid in the middle of the level. There is a red tint throughout the level.
