Footstep of the Inner Sanctum is the sixth level in Secret Passages. Stinky must solve puzzles involving Steel Boxes and Boulders to make his way towards the inner sanctum. There is a blue tint throughout the level.
Walkthrough
Start by luring the Chompers to the right then quickly collect the Bonus Coins and enter the red Teleporter. Push the Steel Box onto the conveyor button and go through the blue teleporter. Three Steel Boxes will be needed to hold down a series of buttons. To do this, follow these steps:
The colors of the Steel Box labels represent which buttons they should hold
- Push Box 1 right one, Box 2 up one, and Box 3 left one.
- Push Box 2 right one, Box 3 down two, and then Box 2 down one, left one, and up one.
- Push Box 3 down one and Box 1 onto the purple button. Box 1 is set.
- Push Box 3 onto the green button and Box 2 onto the yellow button. Boxes 2 and 3 are set.
The paths the boulders should take
Go through the open gates, and Stinky will come across a trio of Boulders in a mirrored L-shaped formation. Push each Boulder along the colored paths in the following order: light blue, red, dark blue. Collect the Rainbow Coins and use Steel Boxes to build a bridge to the Rainbow Gate. Use the white teleporter as needed. Start with the box already in the room with the Rainbow Gate and then Box 2 from the Steel Box puzzle. Finish the bridge by using Box 1 and the box on the conveyor button and exit.
