The story returns to [[Stinky]], [[Loof]], and [[Qookie]] as they set off to [[Wondertown]] to find an old temple said to contain a gate to the [[Rainbow Spirit]]s' home: the [[Rainbow World]]. Once they reach Wondertown, they find out it has been overrun by [[UFO]]s and Mayor [[Peegue]] was abducted. They find a transport station and use it to reach the alien base to rescue Peegue.


==Level 1: Snow Day==
The levels taking place outside of Wondertown use the "Garden" [[texture]], and the levels taking place in Wondertown use the "Castle" texture. All the levels in this world use the "Walls" background except for Snow Day which uses the "Flat" background.

With Qookie move down then once the box is pushed left.  


With Loof push the box right then move left.

Stinky, Loof, and Qookie decide to go to [[Wondertown]], to seek the Rainbow Temple there which they hope will tell them more about the [[Rainbow Spirit]]s, including how to send them home.
===Solution===
With Qookie move onto the pink button then with Stinky move onto the yellow button.
 
With Loof move onto the red button then with Qookie collect all coins except the coin left of the lowest red chomper and the coin left of the lowest gold chomper avoiding the chompers.
 
Collect the leftest coin then collect the remaining coin.
 
Move onto the leftest of the lowest bridges then move right three spaces.
 
Move up then with Loof move onto the leftest of the higest bridges.
 
Move right three spaces then down.
 
With Stinky move onto the leftest bridge then right four spaces.
==Level 3: Entry Denied==

Stinky, Loof, and Qookie go through the main gate of Wondertown, making their way past a [[UFO]] as they do so.
===Solution===
With Qookie quickly move the leftest of the highest boxes right then the box below up.
 
Quickly push the box you just pushed right two spaces then push the leftest box up four spaces.
 
Quickly push the box you just pushed right then up.
 
Quickly push the box you just pushed right three spaces then push the highest of the leftest boxes up three spaces.
 
Quickly push the box you just pushed right three spaces then with Loof push the highest box left.
 
Quickly push the box below up then left two spaces.
 
Quickly push the highest box up three spaces then left three spaces.
 
Quickly push the box you just pushed down then push the rightest box up four spaces.
 
Quickly push the box you just pushed left then up.
 
Quickly push the box you just pushed left three spaces then down two spaces.
 
With Stinky quickly move through the path above then push the leftest of the highest boxes right.

The trio of heroes finds [[Peegue]]'s house in Wondertown, notices his note that he's been kidnapped by UFOs, and decides to try to rescue him.
===Solution===
Move all the Stinkers across the bridge and through the red teleport.
 
Push the metal box right then up two spaces.
 
Push the newly generated metal box up then move down.
 
Push the newly generated metal box up then move up.
 
Push the newly generated metal box down then down again.
 
Push the metal box up two spaces then up again.
 
Push the metal box up then push the newly generated metal box down.
 
Push the metal box down then collect the coin then move all the Stinkers to the exit.
==Level 5: Beam Me Up!==

Stinky, Loof, and Qookie find a transporter to the aliens' base, and go through it on a mission to rescue Peegue.
===Solution===
Push the rightest boulder up then left.
 
Push the boulder you just pushed right then down.
 
Push the leftest metal box down then push the highest boulder up.
 
Push the boulder you just pushed left then right.
 
Push the leftest metal box right four spaces then up five spaces.
 
Push the metal box you just pushed right then move onto the rightest down-pointing conveyor.
 
With another Stinker push the highest box down then move up.
 
With the Stinker right of a blue teleport move across the right bridge path.
 
Push the lowest box down then push the rightest metal box down three spaces.
 
Push the box up then left using two bridges.
 
Push the rightest metal box right then down two spaces.
 
Push the lowest box up five spaces using a bridge then right two spaces.
 
Move through the red teleport then collect both bonus coins.
 
Move through the red teleport then collect both coins.
 
Move onto the lowest conveyor button then move the other two Stinkers to the highest exit then move the remaining Stinker to the lowest exit.

And Then There Were Three is the fifth world of the Deluxe Levels set introduced in Return to Wonderland Deluxe Edition and contains five levels. The story returns to Stinky, Loof, and Qookie as they set off to Wondertown to find an old temple said to contain a gate to the Rainbow Spirits' home: the Rainbow World. Once they reach Wondertown, they find out it has been overrun by UFOs and Mayor Peegue was abducted. They find a transport station and use it to reach the alien base to rescue Peegue.

The levels taking place outside of Wondertown use the "Garden" texture, and the levels taking place in Wondertown use the "Castle" texture. All the levels in this world use the "Walls" background except for Snow Day which uses the "Flat" background.
