First Steps is the first level in Training Grounds, and the first level in Wonderland. It begins with the player reading a sign beneath Stinky, prompting the player to use the arrow keys to move around. Later in the level, there are other signs showing how to collect rainbow coins to open the gate to the exit, as well as pushing wooden boxes and finding bonus coins.

Walkthrough

As this is the first level of the game, it almost needs no walkthrough for it. All the player has to do is follow the signs, collect the coins on the way, and reach the exit. The only thing that can be worth noting is heading for the center area with three bonus coins, as the player pushes through the remainder of the boxes in the southern section. The fourth bonus coin can easily be located in between the two pillars near the exit (in the eastern area of the level). Other than that, this is a very easy level that can be done intuitively.

Trivia

• In Return to Wonderland, the whole base of this level is used in "We End at the Beginning" of the Full Circle world, with a minor expansion. The only difference of the level base includes a box near the exit above a teleporter, transporting Stinky to a dangerous UFO and reflector area. Stinky must then go around this new area to teleport back to the exit.
