CrossFire! is the sixth level in The Halls of Undermountain which features various narrow hallways of Scouges firing at fast speeds. Stinky must evade and block Scouge fire to collect coins and get to the exit at the starting point.

Walkthrough

The notable safe-spots of the level.

The below image features all of the static safe-spots in the level, each marked with a number.

  • To proceed to the Scouge firing zones, move Stinky around the first steel box to ensure the path is not blocked when pushing it forward.
  • Stay at Safe-spot 1. Move one tile north of Safe-Spot 1 right after the Scouges fire. Then move to Safe-spot 2.
  • Run to Safe-spot 3 before the behind Scouge shoots Stinky.
  • Collect the coin near Safe-spot 3 after the fire passes.
  • Run back to Safe-spot 1 after Scouge fire in Safe-spot 3 passes. Wait until the southern Scouge shoots before hitting the safe-spot.
  • Repeat the process of getting from Safe-spot 1 to 2 (Again, being mindful of Scouge fire from the western area).
  • Collect the nearby coin as all Scouge fire hits walls.
  • As the southern Scouge hits the steel box, stand in front of the range of the Scouge closest to said box, and immediately head west down the passage after its fire passes to Safe-spot 4.
  • Go to Safe-spot 5 and collect its coin. Push the steel box in the area one tile north so that the Scouge on the other side breaks the wooden box.
  • Collect the coin west of Safe-spot 5 and go to Safe-spot 6.
  • Collect the coin north of Safe-spot 6 immediately after the Scouges shoot, and run across the northern passage to push the steel box one tile south on the other end.
  • Collect the last coin on the northeast corner.
  • With the steel box you just pushed, position it exactly one tile next to Safe-spot 2 to ensure you are not stuck, while still avoiding fire. Wait until the western Scouge fire hits the wall. Stay at Safe-spot 2.
  • Run to Safe-spot 1 after the other western Scouge fire hits the wall.
  • Get past the southern Scouge and go around the steel box to get to the open exit.
